Drop & Lock is the follow-up to the incredibly popular Lock It Link family of slots and it’s an interesting one and now there are more themes for it and I love it!
You win in Drop & Lock Sweet Swirl by landing winning paylines although the real fun is with one of the two special features of the game:
The Free Games Bonus is initiated by landing at least one bonus symbol on reels 2, 3 and 4 for 6 free games. During this bonus, the sum of bonus symbols that landed will be the multiplier used for all line wins during the bonus, from 3x to 9x!
The Drop & Lock Feature is initiated by landing 3, 4 or 5 of the special Drop & Lock bonus symbols on a single row for 3 Drop & Lock spins. At the start of the feature, all initiating bonus symbols shift down to the bottom of the screen where the orange bonus symbols have either Credit Values or Progressives associated with them and the blue bonus symbols do not. The range of credit values depends on the total bet you made. After each spin, any new bonus symbols fall into place, very reminiscent of the most popular game on the planet, Tetris! If a row is filled with symbols, all values in it are awarded and your spin count resets to 3, just like in Lock It Link and Lightning Link. A twist is, that if you fill 2 or 3 rows on a single spin, your win is multiplied by 2x or 3x respectively – except for Major or Grand Progressives!
All in all, a great successor to the Lock It Link family of slots!
