Job Purpose
To be responsible for compliance and risk management client services and manage the compliance, risk management and company secretarial team. To support the Compliance Director

  • Fulfilment of compliance function holder for clients
  • Client MI/reporting

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure that client service levels for compliance, risk management and company secretarial are met
  • Line manage the compliance, risk management and company secretarial team
  • Oversee and develop clients’ compliance and risk management frameworks
  • Liaise with clients and deal with client queries on compliance, risk management and company secretarial matters
  • Fulfil compliance function holder/compliance officer positions for clients
  • Ensure client MI/ reporting requirements are met (e.g. Board / Committee)
  • Train and develop the compliance, risk management and company secretarial team
  • Provide training to the wider team on compliance and risk management topics
  • Oversee co-ordination of client SFCRs
  • Oversee co-ordination of client ORSAs
  • To assist and support the Compliance Director as required

  • Good knowledge and experience of MS Excel

Qualifications
2:2 or above degree minimum (or equivalent)

Experience
Experience in insurance compliance; knowledge and experience of Solvency II requirements essential. Knowledge and experience of risk management, including Solvency II requirements. Experience of company secretarial requirements an advantage.
